- We have a TON of space for you and your friends to bring pop-up tent, chairs and coolers! And if you don't have a tent, don't worry - we will setup a couple of Javelina Running tents for you to shelter your belongings from the elements and for you to setup your lawn chair. You are not alone in this!
Aid Stations
This course should really only have one Aid Station, but we thought a water/cheering station at the top of the hill would be a nice touch! The start/finish Aid Station will be fully stocked with water, electrolytes, and sweet and salty treats, trail race style.
The Hilltop Aid Station will only have water, Gatorade and people cheering!

The course
The course is a 1.5mi paved loop that goes around the hill for about a mile, and concludes by making an ascent and descent of the "Hockley Hill" to complete the loop.

So, how do I win?
Being a time challenge, the score for this race consist of two elements: Your total number of completed laps by the time the clock counts down to zero PLUS the time for the last lap completed. So, if you want to win, you need the highest number of laps and the shortest time on your last lap. Makes sense? Here's an example:
1hr Event Results:
This is a chip-timed event, but the results will be based on gun time, according to the race schedule posted above.
